The website looks quite professional. There’s a convenient price calculator at the homepage, so it was easy for us to find out how much our paper would cost. The list of services is versatile, and the prices seemed really affordable. To be honest, things seemed too good to be true.

You can even order a thesis or dissertation at this website.
Prices and Discounts
The best thing about this service is that the prices are very, very low. The longest deadline for an essay is two months. That’s ridiculous, but okay… maybe someone wants to order an essay two months before the deadline. That deadline comes with a price of $12 per page. The deadline of 10 days, which is way more reasonable, also comes with a price of $12 per page. The shortest deadline is 6 hours, and it gives you a price of $18.
The service rewriting costs $10 per page, regardless of the deadline you choose.
There are no quality levels to choose from. As for the discounts, there’s no EssayPro.com coupon, but the prices are affordable as they are.
Did We Get a Good Paper?
We opted for the writing service, thinking that would give us an original paper. It didn’t. This was a paper that was paraphrased from Wikipedia, of all places. Rewriting was not the only issue. This paper was full of grammar mistakes and logical inconsistencies. Our topic was very specific, but the writer didn’t even tackle it. He just wrote general information.
Although the price was affordable, this useless paper didn’t justify it. We didn’t expect too much, but this was still a terrible disappointment.
Support System
There’s a live chat, but it’s a bot. When we first landed at this website, we got these conversations: “Hi. Have a look around! Let us know…” and “Hello friend! Like what you read on our blog?” Both of these messages were dated 4 weeks ago. You just visit a website and you see live chat messages from four weeks ago? What’s the deal with that? Both agents were offline.

Conclusion
Overall, this is one of the worst services we’ve ever used. We were initially attracted by the EssayPro.com cheap prices, but this lousy quality wasn’t worth paying for. We rarely write such a negative review, but to be honest, EssayPro didn’t have many positive aspects to talk about. It was a disappointment.
The writers employed by this company need to learn English, fast! Seriously, how can you use conversational phrases in an academic paper??? The spelling was awful, too! Seems to me that my order was completed by a person who knows a little about academic writing and writing in general… Requesting a refund!
I have used EssayPro 3 times, each with a different card. The first bank will not authorize because it’s through a country flagged for terrorist activity. The second was PayPal and my info was hacked. The third account got hacked 1 day after paying the writer. Customer service will acknowledge the issue.
I used their service before, and received a paper that looked like it was written by a 3rd grader. It made no sense whatsoever. I had to call back 5 times to get it straightened out. It was due it was due in 2 days and I gave them 10 days to do it. I thought it was a one time thing and ordered another paper and give them 10 days to do it. 5 days later, their comments said that they had not received payment, and it had not been started. Checking the CC statement, it was paid immediately 5 days earlier. This place has gone downhill in both service and quality, I will not bother with them again. There are some good services THAT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING! Warning, stay away from these unprofessional idiots.
